    Muffin Muffin ^^

     
    想起拍的时候，最底下一个已经被我吃掉了，哈哈~偶的成功的Muffin~好吃呢~^^
     
     
    巧克力Muffin~可爱吗？
     
    把recipe公布如下，大家动起来，一起MUFFIN~大家加油~
    首先，你要买量杯，做西点专用的。如果做12个像我这样模子的MUFFIN，
    配料如下：
    60G BUTTER（化开）,2杯自发粉，1/2杯BROWN SUGER，1/2杯牛奶，2个鸡蛋，2根香蕉（捣成泥）。
    BUTTER,SUGER,牛奶，鸡蛋先混在一起，然后加香蕉，最后面粉，切记加面粉后只能用勺子按照一个方向搅匀，不要太用力，不然会把筋搅坏。
    最后烤箱预热到180度，烤25分钟，不过根据烤箱不同自己再调试。
